Tracy and Annika Pitcher started remodeling their first home when Tracy was a resident. Their bathroom shower was leaking and needed to be rebuilt but they didn’t have the money to hire someone so they had to do it themselves.
Now the process of construction and remodeling extends to their four children who have worked on almost every property they’ve owned. We are not a corporate Airbnb, we are a family.
We launched R2 with the desire to provide safe, affordable and stylish housing to residents and rotating medical students. We provide a furnished, concierge experience helping residents focus on the demands of their residency without the worry of paying utility bills, repairing appliances or maintaining a yard.
If the toaster breaks, we replace it. If the BBQ grill runs out of propane, we refill it.
We know what you need because we have been where you are.
